           I have over 20 years of experience partnering with executive leadership to manage successful outcomes for clients and customers.  I am highly skilled in visualizing and executing a plan and leading initiatives that bring about a comprehensive approach to the successful management of change and business processes that improve satisfaction, stakeholder value and shareholder value.

          Throughout my career I have played an integral role in assisting organizations in various industries to effectively manage operations and change, to create more nimble, flexible and profitable businesses. I am very well adept at assessing needs, generating options, implementing methodical solutions and exercising independent judgment with confidence; and have been acknowledged for managing complex specialized duties effectively with efficiency.
